Two of us went for lunch. The food wasn't bad but my daughter's 7.99 pasta turned into over $15 after the waitress asked if she wanted chicken and broccoli on it. The plate was tiny. The salad and soda came with free refills but neither was offered nor was the waitress around to ask. We sat for a decent amount of time after eating before getting the bill. The staff were friendly but that was the biggest plus of the experience.

I loved the drink.. the food was good as always friendly staff was visiting from Brooklyn and enjoyed my experienced.. great prices... cant go wrong decor was good

The bar area was a disaster. They brought the food out slammed it on the bar and nobody ask if anything was needed. The bartender could not keep up with the restaurant demand while seven servers stood around laughing making fun of customers. When I sit down there was only four seats that's was not full of plates, food, and empty glasses. The worse Olive Garden I have ever eaten. One star is generous.

I came into Olive Garden with my family and the wait time was a little while but eventually we were set. Adrienne was our server. She is a very good server/waitress. When i go back to Olive Garden, I would request for her to serve me and family again!!

I visited Olive Garden the one at South Bay with my family(my toddler, infant and husband) We were seated within few minutes, but ended up waiting for someone to greet us for 20 minutes and no one showed up. We decided to leave as I was leaving I asked if I could talk to the manager on duty and was told no by one of the server her name is Carmen and I asked her again if I could talk to the manager and again she said the manager was busy and she is like a manager and I can talk to her. I work as a customer service specialist as well, but I have never encountered someone with that kind of attitude, she was treating as poorly and refused to call a manager for me. Carmen is someone I wouldn’t want in my business. And we will not be returning in that restaurant.
